Midland Air Service Experts was excited to sponsor the Midlands Ride for Kids a few weeks ago. April 2016 is the second year that Midland Air has volunteered for this remarkable event that gives all the proceeds to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation, the primary nonprofit funding research into childhood brain tumors. The proceeds fund free education resources, college scholarships for brain tumor survivors, and emergency financial aid for families.
Midland Air Service Experts contributed $1000 to this amazing cause and the nationwide event has collected over $500,000. Rebecca Jumper, Midland Air’s PLUS Maintenance Agreement Specialist, has been helping with the event since 2014 and her dad’s riding group rides in the Midlands Ride for Kids annually.
“My dad’s motorcycle club participates every year because they can have a blast and ride motorcycles, all for an amazing cause.” Check out Rebecca’s dad below with his 2016 rider:
The generous motorcycle riders may do it for fun, but Midland Air Service Experts doesn’t have as many motorcycle riders. “We just do it because we love the kids,” said Rebecca.
